Course Information
  Course Title: AP Psychology

  Course Description:      The AP course in Psychology is designed to introduce students to the systematic and scientific study of behavior and cognitive processes. Students will explore psychological facts, principles, and phenomena associated with each of the major subfields within psychology. Students will also examine methods used by psychologists in their science and practice.

AP Psychology is a course that covers material similar to what is taught in Introductory Psychology in college. This course is very similar in pace to a college course, covering approximately 85% of the material that a standard university covers in the same time frame. The goal of the course is to prepare students for the AP Psychology Exam given in May.
